Standard Delivery - 3 Day Service

For orders under £50 - £5 carriage

For orders between £50-£150 - £10 carriage

For orders over £150 - £16 carriage

Overnight service an additional £6 per order is added per order

In some cases, delivery to areas such as Wales, Cornwall, the Scottish Highlands and non-mainland UK addresses, may incur additional delivery charges. Similarly on some occassions if the order is bulky and or extremely heavy it may be that we have to dispatch your goods on a pallet.  Where any such charges apply one of our sales team may contact the Customer with details of these additional charges.

Standard delivery time for most orders is 3 working days. The option of next day delivery is available if the order is placed and paid for before 1.00pm on the previous working day. Some of our products are sourced from a variety of suppliers from around the UK. These suppliers may despatch products direct to the customer from their own premises. They will make every effort to deliver products ordered on the agreed date. If the supplier cannot gain access to the delivery address then additional costs may be incurred.

Returns

In exceptional circumstances, goods may be accepted for return. In these circumstances a handling charge will be applied and the customer is responsible for the safe and complete return of the goods.

Any goods received damaged should be notified on the delivery note and within 48 hours of receipt & by telephone to the company. When goods are delivered by a carrier damages must be noted on their paperwork at the time of receipt and on the copy kept by the carrier.

Non delivery must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the invoice and confirmed in writing, otherwise no liability will be considered.
