After a few months of planning, designing, developing & testing, Toms Tree Ties have today gone live with the new website. We are really happy with the way it looks, its functionality & we hope you are too. Please take a look around and let us know what you think , we’d love to hear from you.

So why a new site? Its safe to say the old site was looking very tied indeed & things have moved on dramatically since we set it up in December 2003. We were finding it increasingly difficult to make the alterations needed to promote the products we offer, in a format we believe to be user friendly. What we have essentially tried to do on the new site is to modernise, declutter & provide all products with clear, concise categories so you as the customer can navigate & shop with ease.

With the 3rd generation of the Family firm at the helm, we are sure our Grandfather would never have envisaged this, but we feel we must also move with the times of 2011. In adding links to the various social networking sites like Twitter & Facebook, we believe we are doing this. We hope to keep followers updated regularly with blogs, new products & special promotions, so those who chose to, can keep tabs of our progress on a day to day basis.

The modernisation of the site means we have a significant increased capacity for product downloads, videos & image galleries, all which we hope will enhance the customers experience online. The biggest improvement however has to be the new shopping cart & checkout. We were highly recommended and have signed up with SagePay, who offer an excellent secure online payment service and one we hope you will be impressed with also.

We would like to thank Bob & all at USP Web Solutions Ltd for their assitance in the design and build of the new site. Combined with a brand new SEO campaign, we hope that with your input too, Toms Tree Ties can continue to move from strength to strength.

Finally a note to all returning customers. Sorry for the inconvenice caused, but you will have to re-register and set up a new account, with a new password. Unfortunately the old site did not allow us to export your details across to this one, however, we do hold records of all previous orders made online should you wish to discuss products you have may ordered in the past.
